1. Website operator

The website is operated by Igor Kardasz, operating the Gdańsk Private Experiences project, based in Gdańsk, Poland. Contact: hello@gdanskprivateexperiences.com.

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents private evening planning, local recommendations and coordination services for visitors to Gdańsk and the Tricity area. Website descriptions are general examples and do not by themselves constitute a binding offer.

3. Inquiries

A visitor may prepare an inquiry using the website form. The button opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled draft message. The visitor decides whether to send it. Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or require payment.

4. Confirmation of a service

A service becomes binding only when the parties agree in writing on the essential details, including the scope, date, service fee, included work, external costs, cancellation conditions and payment deadline. Availability of venues, suppliers and activities must be confirmed separately.

5. Service fee and external costs

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the written offer, the Gdańsk Private Experiences fee covers planning, recommendations and agreed coordination work. Costs charged by third parties — such as restaurants, accommodation, transport, boats, musicians, photographers, tickets, flowers or other suppliers — are separate and are paid by the client directly or reimbursed under the agreed arrangement.

6. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information, communicate relevant requirements and limitations, comply with venue and supplier rules, behave lawfully, and make agreed payments on time. The client remains responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health requirements and personal suitability for any activity.

7. Third-party services

Some parts of an experience are supplied by independent third parties. Their availability, rules, opening hours and performance may be outside the operator’s direct control. The operator will use reasonable care when recommending and coordinating suppliers but does not represent that every third-party service is owned or directly provided by Gdańsk Private Experiences.

8. Changes, cancellations and force majeure

Detailed change and cancellation conditions will be stated in the individual written offer or confirmation. Events beyond reasonable control — including severe weather, official restrictions, transport disruption, supplier cancellation or safety concerns — may require a change, replacement or cancellation. The parties will seek a reasonable solution, subject to supplier terms and costs already incurred.

9. Website availability and permitted use

The website may be changed, suspended or temporarily unavailable. Visitors must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or use its content unlawfully.

10. Intellectual property

Website text, branding, layout and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where law permits.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the client, the client’s failure to follow instructions, independent third-party acts, or events outside reasonable control. Any service-specific responsibility will also depend on the written agreement and applicable consumer law.

12. Complaints

Complaints concerning the website or an agreed service may be sent to hello@gdanskprivateexperiences.com. Please include enough information to identify the matter and the requested solution. The complaint will be reviewed without undue delay.

13. Consumer rights

Where the client is a consumer, mandatory consumer rights under Polish and European Union law remain unaffected. Any information concerning withdrawal rights, exceptions, payment, cancellation or dispute resolution that is legally required for a particular paid service should be provided in the individual booking documentation before the agreement is concluded.

14. Privacy

Personal data and analytics are handled as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.

15. Governing law

These website terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection granted by the law applicable to them. Disputes should first be addressed amicably; jurisdiction is determined by mandatory applicable law.

16. Changes to these terms

The operator may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, services or law. The current version and update date will be displayed on this page.
